CBRE, looking to differentiate themselves from other companies in their space, aimed to break off of traditional methods of promoting their properties. More importantly, for the purposes of marketing and sales, they wanted to introduce an informative and immersive tool that could be used in B2B settings or live with clients as a stand-alone app. Our idea was to use AR to visually highlight CBRE properties in lower Manhattan, and share key decision-making information with prospects in an interactive experience.



We created an augmented reality (AR) application for CBRE Manhattan to highlight their premier buildings. By scanning the target image, an interactive 3D map would appear in AR, which allowed users to visualize the buildings in 3D. The application allowed users to discover key information, pictures, parking, subway stops, demographics, and restaurants.
